Because of the way our online store works, all consumers are charged at the time of purchase.
Which currency will I be charged in?

How can I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Before checking out or confirming your purchase, you can delete any item from your cart.
How long does it usually take for a response to my inquiry?
We usually respond within 24 hours, but if you haven’t heard from us after that time, feel free to send us a follow-up email.
When will the tracking number for my goods be available?
Tracking numbers are normally generated within 1- 3 business days; however, depending on the effectiveness of our delivery partners, it may take additional few days to receive updated tracking information. Even before the tracking information is ready, our customers will receive tracking numbers through email.
Should I be concerned because my tracking number says “Not Found”?
No. It may take up to 1-3 days for tracking numbers to receive an updated status. The absence of updated tracking information does not indicate an inactive parcel or inactivity. Even when shipments are delivered within the expected time range, it usually signifies that the delivery company did not update their system on time.
How long should I expect my order to arrive?
The processing and delivery of the items (local or international orders) will take various amounts of time in different countries. Because the item will be transported from a Chinese warehouse, it will take approximately 7-12 working days in the United States, 9-15 working days in Europe, and 12-20 working days in other countries.
Please note that we shall not be held liable in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as customs stops causing further delays. In addition, natural disasters such as blizzards may cause delays in most shipments in the afflicted country/state.
Can I have my order delivered faster or later?
Customers with special requests should send an email to [email protected] so that we can better serve them. Extra charges for courier service may be applied to shorten delivery times.
Do you have a fulfillment center in the United States or the European Union?
To keep costs down, we have to run our fulfillment facility in China for all of our collections. As a result, we’ll have to make the appropriate shipping time concession. To ensure prompt delivery, we will use USPS, 4PX, or SF Express.
Will my order be delivered in one piece?
Due to a variety of factors such as weight, dimension, customs complications, and so on, different things take varied amounts of time to ship and deliver. As a result, we occasionally ship products from one order out separately to expedite matters for our customers. It’s completely usual to receive parts of an order initially and then the rest later.
Will I be notified of the status of my order?
Yes! After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by another when your order is sent.
If the item is damaged, am I entitled to a replacement?
Yes. Customers have 7 days after receiving the goods to request a replacement. If the problem is found to be valid, we will send you a replacement.
Why does my product differ from what is advertised?
Please keep in mind that the color of the photo may differ slightly from the actual item due to the lighting used during the photo shoot or the monitor’s display.
Is there anything that prevents me from getting a refund?
Yes. Certain things are by their very nature non-refundable. Returns are not allowed once an item has been purchased. A tattoo needle is an example of an item that we were unable to resell owing to hygienic concerns.
How can I cancel a product or an order?
All cancellation requests must be addressed to our customer service department at [email protected] within 12 hours of the purchase date. After 12 hours, all orders will be processed and can no longer be canceled. Any item/order cancellation will result in a processing fee being taken from your refund.
